Courier
We use Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes to guarantee the safe delivery of your pedals, whether it’s in the UK or the other side of the world. As soon as your pedals leave our warehouse, you can rest assured that they’re in good hands.
Tracking
You’ll receive a link after your purchase to track the progress of your pedals as they pass through our warehouse. Please note that pedals are sent standard non-tracked unless selected or your order is automatically eligible.
Packaging
All our pedals are hand packed and will be placed in a typical letter box size box.

Please note that delivery times vary and are calculated once your items have been dispatched. All estimates are based on working days.
Your order will be grouped into the fewest number of deliveries possible. This may mean that they take longer to dispatch, depending on availability but there will only be one per-delivery charge.
Orders received before 1am are processed the following day. We do not currently offer same-day turn around.
Please be aware that items whose availability is listed as “not yet released” or “pre-ordered” can potentially delay deliveries.
We do not take any responsibility for lost orders as a result of incorrect shipping information or items sent non tracked. As such we strongly advise all customer to opt for tracked delivery.
* Special Royal Mail Tracked 24 is only available in the UK. We offer Royal Mail International Tracked World for countries outside of the UK.
